Common questions about plans and the free trial
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. You can sign up and try the product for 14 days without entering a credit card. To keep trials fair, every trial monitors a single domain. Your plan's full domain count is available the moment you subscribe.
Why does the trial only allow 1 domain?
The trial is meant to evaluate ExposureGrid against one of your real domains end-to-end: verification, scheduled scans, alerts, and history. Larger domain counts are part of the paid Pro and Premium plans, not the trial.
Are public scans free forever?
Yes. Public, one-off scans at /free-scan don't require an account and aren't tied to a paid plan. They're rate-limited to keep them safe and fair for everyone.
What happens if I exceed my domain limit?
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, or remove a domain from monitoring if you'd rather keep your current plan. You stay in control of which domains are active.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate where it makes sense. Cancel any time from your account settings.
What does 'public beta' mean for pricing?
Public beta refers to product maturity, not pricing. Plan prices are set today at the rates above. We'll communicate well in advance if pricing ever changes.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
Enterprise is on our roadmap: SSO, larger portfolios, and tailored agreements. Contact EventHorizon Forge for early access conversations—there is no self-serve Enterprise checkout yet.
